As you can see, the Vodafone online form for requesting an unlock asks you a range of questions relating to your account and billing. If you can’t complete the form honestly they will not unlock you. Additionally, they will only unlock you if you are already a Vodafone customer.
Most notably, the form only references the request for a Vodafone unlock code (NUC). This can be confusing to iPhone users as there is no iPhone unlock code. To unlock iPhone 11 from Vodafone, EE, or O2 requires an Apple whitelisting amendment. It is conducted ‘server side‘ using your IMEI and you’ll have to connect to iTunes to finalise the procedure.
