When you unlock your Oppo Reno 2 with Netpal you can expect a hassle free, great value service. We’ve made things a simple as we can to ensure this. Just choose your current (locked) UK network from the selection above and add it to the cart.
When you’re at the checkout you’ll also need to provide your IMEI number. We can’t unlock you with it. Then just sit back and wait for email with your unlock code to arrive. Once you have it enter it into your handset and you’re done!
It’s very simple to get your 15 digit IMEI number. The quickest way is to dial *#06# on your handset and the number will be displayed on the screen. You can also find it by navigating to Settings > About device > Status > IMEI number.
In short—no! We never charge you any more than you pay at the checkout. Most notably, some unlocking companies charge what they call a ‘pre-unlock’ fee. This is just a scam to get more money from you. We would recommend you read our genuine customer reviews to see that we’re the real deal.
Once your handset is unlocked you will be able to use any SIM card anywhere in the world. You phone will be the same as if you purchased it without it being locked. You can travel to Spain or Africa or anywhere else and use a SIM card from a local network provider.
This will depend on which network you are locked to. EE and related networks can take up to 10 days to arrive whilst Vodafone and O2 take no longer than 5 days. Check the waiting times in the table above for full details.
Unfortunately it is not possible to do this. We can however cancel your existing order and refund you if you let us know immediately. You will then be free to re-order the correct service. If your IMEI is at the processing stage we cannot refund you until it is complete. If you made an incorrect purchase your unlock request will fail and we will automatically refund you in full.
The short answer to this is no. We do not touch your handset in any way and entering the unlock code will not affect your warranty. All the major networks provide unlock codes to customers and it never affects the on-going warranty of the handset.
