Here’s what’s involved when we unlock your Oppo Reno
When we generate an unlock code for your Oppo Reno or Oppo Reno 10x Zoom, there is very little you need to do. We only require your IMEI number and email to complete the process. Not only that, it only takes a few days to complete.

Once your handset is unlocked you will be able to use any SIM card anywhere in the world. You phone will be the same as if you purchased it without it being locked. You can travel to Spain or Africa or anywhere else and use a SIM card from a local network provider.
This will depend on which network you are locked to. EE and related networks can take up to 10 days to arrive whilst Vodafone and O2 take no longer than 5 days. Check the waiting times in the table above for full details.
Unfortunately it is not possible to do this. We can however cancel your existing order and refund you if you let us know immediately. You will then be free to re-order the correct service. If your IMEI is at the processing stage we cannot refund you until it is complete. If you made an incorrect purchase your unlock request will fail and we will automatically refund you in full.
The short answer to this is no. We do not touch your handset in any way and entering the unlock code will not affect your warranty. All the major networks provide unlock codes to customers and it never affects the on-going warranty of the handset.
