Here’s what to expect when we network unlock your Note 5

To make things easy we’ve spent countless hours ironing out anything that may seem technical or overcomplicated. As a result we only need to know the UK network you are locked to, your IMEI number and your email address to get you unlocked.

Once you made your purchase we get to work calculating your unlock code. Within just a few hours (see times above) we’ll send your Note 5 unlock code to you by email. We’ll also send you Samsung unlocking instructions should you need them.

Pre-sales frequently asked questions

It’s very simple to get your 15 digit IMEI number. The quickest way is to dial *#06# on your handset and the number will be displayed on the screen. You can also find it by navigating to Settings > About device > Status > IMEI number.

Once we have provided you with the phone unlock code and you have entered it successfully into the handset you will be able to insert any SIM card from global network. That means you can go to Spain or Africa and use a local SIM card from there.

Unfortunately it is not possible to do this. We can however cancel your existing order and refund you if you let us know immediately. You will then be free to re-order the correct service. If your IMEI is at the processing stage we cannot refund you until it is complete. If you made an incorrect purchase your unlock request will fail and we will automatically refund you in full.

Yes 100%! There is no law in the UK that stops you from network unlocking your mobile phone by use of a code. This may not be true in other countries, but since this service is only for phones locked to UK networks it is perfectly legal.

Sometimes a customer will email us and say the code doesn’t work. It’s important to understand that our unlock codes come from a manufacturers database. The code we provide to you will be the only network unlock code issued for your handsets IMEI number. If you’re having problems using the code we will provide you full support by email or telephone to ensure you get unlocked.

In a great majority of instances we will provide you with an unlock code. Some services such as Vodafone or O2 sometimes do not return a code. This can be for all kinds of reasons. If this happens to you we will refund you automatically and may suggest purchasing a different service that will guarantee you an unlock code.
