Refunds & Returns.
If you wish to return your order you must give us clear written instructions that you wish to do so either by email or by writing to the given address. It will be your responsibility to return the product(s) unopened back to us within 14 days of your order being dispatched. Any product(s) sent after 14 days either opened or unopened and are not faulty will not receive a refund. It is up to you to provide proof of postage.
We can only provide refunds on iPhone factory unlocks if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We have provided this 2 hour window to ensure you have this opportunity. After 2 hours your order will be submitted into the database and cannot be refunded. Please be aware of this before ordering.
Incorrect purchase returns must be returned unopened or you will not receive a refund. You cannot cancel your order after the product(s) have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so straight away by contacting us with your details (including order number).
If your order has not been dispatched we will refund the card or PayPal account with which you made the payment with the exact amount you have paid. If you have opened your product and it is returned in perfect working order we will not provide a refund and may charge you additional postage for returning the product back to you.
Any faulty product(s) must be complete and sent along with the packaging. If your product(s) is faulty and you want your money back we will first test the product on arrival. If proven to be faulty we will either offer you a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement product to the exact value or above within 7 days of testing.
